VISA SERVICES

General Information

The Consular Section of the U. S. Embassy in Yerevan provides a variety of services for U.S. citizens and Armenian citizens who wish to travel to the U.S. There are two units in the Consular Section: the U.S. Citizen Services Section and the Visa Section.

The Consular Section is located at 1 American Avenue, Yerevan. Our local telephone number is (374-10) 49-46-86. Our fax number is (374-10) 46-47-37. Please contact the Consular Section only by e-mail: for nonimmigrant visa issues or general consular questions at consyerevan@state.gov, for adoption or immigrant visa issues at ivyerevan@state.gov.

Please do not send unsolicited documents via fax or post office. The Consular Section assumes no responsibility for such documents.

Immigrant visa interviews are conducted by appointment only. Nonimmigrant visa interviews are also conducted by appointment every weekday except Friday from 8:30 to 11:30.
